Sherri Brockel
I've had the pleasure/privilege of knowing Jeffrey for over 30 years. While his bond was much stronger with Scott Brockel, we had a quiet and reserved friendship. We greeted each other with warm and sincere smiles and the occasional hug if we hadn't seen each other for long periods of time. Jeffrey was the quiet friend, more comfortable hanging in the background unless the conversation was about pottery and any piece that he may have been working on at that time. He took great pride in his work, quick to show me his accomplishments. It pleased him to educate me as I was clueless to the art of pottery, kilns, etc, Yes, Jeffrey was a quiet soul but his quietness left an unforgettable impression within my mind. I will always remember him fondly.
